Acceptable Use Policy
The activities that are not permitted on our site or services.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using the website and services of HRUS Instructors LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect our clients, our partners, and the public.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Site or Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate trade secrets or confidential information;
- Upload or transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
- Send spam or unsolicited communications, or harvest contact information for such purposes;
- Engage in fraud or other unlawful activity;
- Create, host, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services;
- Copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our participant materials, courseware, or session recordings except as permitted by your license in the Terms or by law;
- Disrupt a live session, harass instructors or other participants, or share session access links or credentials with unauthorized people; or
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
3. Training engagements
We provide training only for lawful business and professional-development purposes. We will not knowingly design or deliver training intended to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activities. We may decline or discontinue an engagement that conflicts with this AUP or with the acceptable-use policies of our payment and platform partners.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services, remove content, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Violations may also be a breach of our Terms.
