SMS Terms & Conditions
How our text-messaging program works, and your consent and opt-out rights.
1. Program description
HRUS Instructors LLC offers an SMS text-messaging program so we can respond to inquiries and communicate with clients and participants about their training (for example, registration and session confirmations, scheduling and reminders, and support). Messages are sent only to mobile numbers whose owners have opted in.
2. Consent and opt-in
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise expressly agreeing), you give HRUS Instructors LLC your prior express consent to send you text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide.
3. Types of messages
Messages are conversational and relate to your training inquiry or engagement — for example, replies to your questions, registration and session confirmations, schedule or reschedule notices, and pre-session reminders. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to people who have not opted in.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. HRUS Instructors LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
6. Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and we will stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing contact@hrusinstructors.com.
7. Getting help (HELP)

8. Carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
9. Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide for SMS is used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to support your inquiry.

10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
