Lead Corporate Trainer / Facilitator
Contract · Remote & onsite (US)
Deliver live, instructor-led training to client teams onsite and over video. Adapt agendas to each audience, facilitate hands-on exercises, and leave participants with practical, applicable skills. For experienced facilitators who love the room.
Instructional Designer (Curriculum)
Contract · Remote
Design custom curricula, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments from a learning-needs analysis. Turn client goals and subject-matter input into clear, measurable learning paths.
Leadership Coach
Part-time · Remote
Coach managers and emerging leaders 1:1 and in cohorts as part of our leadership-development programs — communication, delegation, feedback, and performance management. For seasoned coaches and people leaders.
Compliance Training Specialist
Contract · Remote
Develop and deliver workplace compliance and HR training (respectful-workplace conduct, safety awareness, data-handling basics) and keep content accurate and current. Strong HR or compliance background required.
