How payment works

Two simple, transparent options.

Open-enrollment seats — pay online by card

Seats on our scheduled public courses can be paid by debit or credit card through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout — HRUS Instructors LLC never sees or stores full card numbers. You receive an itemized receipt for every registration.

Workshops & programs — invoiced on net terms

Team workshops, multi-session programs, custom curricula, and enterprise engagements are scoped in a written training agreement and invoiced on net terms (Net-15 / Net-30). A deposit (typically 50%) reserves your dates, and reschedule/cancellation terms follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All amounts and schedules are agreed in writing before any payment is collected.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price in your written proposal or training agreement is the price. Any change in scope — added sessions, more participants, or extra materials — is quoted and approved before it is billed. Travel for onsite delivery, where applicable, is stated up front.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Deposits, rescheduling, and the circumstances under which fees are refundable are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to read it before registering or signing an agreement.

Which currencies do you accept?

All pricing is in U.S. dollars (USD), and card payments are processed in USD by Stripe. International organizations are welcome; your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion at their own rates.
