HRUS Instructors LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, email us, or engage our training services, we collect details such as your name, employer or organization, email address, phone number, the program you’re interested in, and the contents of your message.

Participant information. To deliver and document training, we may collect participant details such as name, employer, email address, phone number, job role, attendance records, assessment results, and attendance records. Where your organization registers participants, it is responsible for having a lawful basis to share their details with us.

Payment information. When you pay online, payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We may retain limited transaction records (such as amount, date, and the last four digits) for accounting.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our hosting/analytics providers) may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies.

Client engagement data. During an engagement we may process attendance, assessment, and completion data on behalf of your organization. We handle that data under our agreement with you and as a service provider/processor on your behalf.

3. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and provide quotes, registrations, and training services;
To schedule and deliver programs and to issue attendance records, assessment results, and attendance records.
To process payments and maintain accounting and tax records;
To communicate with you about your program, including SMS where you have opted in;
To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
To comply with legal, regulatory, and KYC/KYB obligations of our banking and payment partners; and
To protect our rights and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. SMS / text messaging privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to send you the messages you requested from HRUS Instructors LLC.

We send text messages only to individuals who provide prior express consent (for example, by checking the opt-in box on our contact form). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. 5. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. We honor recognized opt-out signals where required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. As an indication, accounting and tax records are typically retained for seven (7) years where required by law, and inquiry or contact messages that do not result in an engagement are generally deleted within twenty-four (24) months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), least-privilege access controls, and confidentiality obligations on our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected parties of incidents without undue delay and within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Your privacy rights

U.S. state rights (including California / CCPA). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

For CCPA purposes, the categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (such as name, employer, email, and phone number); professional or employment-related information (such as job role, attendance, and assessment or completion records); commercial information (such as programs inquired about or purchased and transaction records); and internet or other electronic network activity (such as site usage and device data). We disclose these categories only to the service providers described above, for the business purposes described above. You may submit a request yourself or through an authorized agent acting on your behalf.

EU/UK rights (GDPR). If the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time, as well as to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases include your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

10. International users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
