Payment security (PCI-DSS)
Card payments for open-enrollment seats are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card data is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout; HRUS Instructors LLC does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic-stripe data on its own systems.

We process participant and client personal data lawfully and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — registering learners, delivering training, and producing attendance and assessment records. We apply least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), and bind every instructor and team member to confidentiality. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA) and the GDPR where it applies.
